The model is a 1210 that fully capable of being used on forklift or lull. Up for sale is one of the newest model's safety working platforms available from Star Industries. It has dual entry points with multiple tie off to attach your approved harnesses.

Its empty weight is 515 pounds and has a load capacity of 1,000. This particular one was purchased by my company and only used minimally on 1 house project. The dimensions are 4 feet wide by 9/8 inches long. As you can see in the pictures and to best of my knowledge it is perfect working condition.
