Includes the J W Speaker model 777 warning and ARC safety light, 159792-004 LED strobe flat mount base, amber, light cover cage, steel mounting plate, cable as shown. This was removed from a RC5500 Stand up Crown forklift that we parted out. Works fine and is in good used condition as pictured.
