Currently, all batteries are shot and need replacement. This counterbalanced, power drive forklift is a great machine, and can handle up to 4000 lbs up to 106 inches off the ground. The only known issue other than batteries is that one of the relays that allows it to operate at higher speed is not working, but had run fine at low speed.
